Signature Fencing Terms and Conditions

Automatic Billing and Prorating

Rental charges will be automatically billed to the credit card on file every billing period, as authorized during the purchase. Any extra fees incurred will also be charged to the card used for setting up the service unless a different arrangement has been made. Partial-month charges will not be prorated.
Order Modifications, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Order Modifications: Any additions or changes requested after the crew has arrived on-site may result in additional fees. These fees can include, but are not limited to, costs for extra fencing, prevailing wages, hand-carrying, hillside installations, and core drilling through asphalt or concrete.

Cancellations or Refusals

A minimum of five days’ notice is required to cancel an order. Without this notice, or in the event of a refusal on-site, Honex Site Services LLC will not offer refunds or credits. Same-day deliveries are also not eligible for refunds or credits.

Rescheduling

If delivery or pickup is attempted and the location is blocked by vehicles or other obstructions, a dry run fee of at least $300.00 will be charged, depending on the site’s location. If the unit is obstructed and cannot be serviced, additional charges will apply for rescheduling.

Liability

Equipment Responsibility

While equipment is in your possession, you are responsible for it, including risks of theft, damage, destruction, vandalism, and injury. Honex Site Services LLC will not be liable for the equipment or its use while in the customer’s possession.

Property Damage

Our trucks and containers are heavy, and Honex Site Services LLC is not liable for any damage caused to surfaces like pavement, foundations, lawns, or landscaping when equipment is placed or driven on them. The customer guarantees that access and placement areas are sturdy enough to support the dumpster and any related equipment used for delivery and removal.
